Integrate eqtble with ADP Workforce Now

1. Set up SFTP for your ADP Workforce Now account

Contact your ADP representative and ask them to set up SFTP for your ADP Workforce Now account.

1. Your ADP representative will send you a Statement of Work (SOW) to fill out. The following PDF shows an example of this:

2. Enter the details for your SFTP server.

3. When requested, send ADP a report to use in testing the setup. (Any ADP report should work.)
4. Confirm receipt of the test you have been sent.

2. Create reports in ADP Workforce Now

Create reports that will be used to sync data from ADP Workforce Now to eqtble using SFTP.

1. Log in to ADP Workforce Now.
2. Navigate to Reports and create a new report.
3. Schedule the report in step 7 in the ADP report builder.
4. Select SFTP as the distribution.

3. Complete the ADP Workforce Now integration

1. Head back over to the ADP Workforce Now in the eqtble app.
2. Paste your SFTP Username and SFTP Password into the corresponding fields.
3. Click Save.
