Introducing the bar chart builder feature

The query builder feature in the eqtble platform makes it easy to create engaging and meaningful visuals from your HR data. With the bar chart builder, you can create a powerful visualization that is easy to read and interpret.

Getting started

The first step is to click the “+Block” button located in the top right corner of the eqtble platform. This will open up a selection of visualizations, including the bar chart option. Once you’ve selected the bar chart, you can begin building your chart.

Building your bar chart

First, you’ll need to choose the metric you want to include in your bar chart. This could include any number of things, such as number of employees in a certain department, average performance rating, or average salary. Once you’ve selected the metric, you can then choose the filters and groupings you want to include in the chart.
